Hey there! Need a boost to start your day? Try this: say one or two positive sayings to yourself when you first wake up. Say it out loud to yourself and repeat it a few times. Perhaps write it down where you can see it every day.
If you have negative thoughts, accept it but then replace it quickly with a positive thought. We want to re-wire our brains to automatically think more positive. The more positive thinking, the more positive doing!
