I always joke that if I want to build a better Jeep I better build muscle so I can lift my size 35 tires with no problem. I’m 5’2, about 120 pounds, and I’m not that strong. In my 20s, I weight lifted in the gym A LOT. But since moving to Alaska it has been difficult to stay motivated during the dark and cold winters. Long story short, I’ve fallen off the wagon. But I am here to get back on and share my journey with tips and inspiration.
